IS PICK UP AVAILABLE?

Not at the moment. Due to COVID restrictions, All orders will be shipped out via USPS. **Exceptions excludes any pop up shops or events.**

I DON'T HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?

All tracking numbers will be sent via email. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking number to be updated through USPS.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

All emails, calls, texts, & order processing will be handled Monday -Friday.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO YOU RECOMMEND?

All styles with 20 inches or longer we recommend 3-5 bundles according to your style preferences.

HOW DO I ORDER A WIG UNIT?

Email us with specific & textures. Please be aware hair must be purchased & deposit has to be paid before we start on unit. An invoice will be sent for deposit. We also have premade wig units available for purchase.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

During any events or pop up shops we attend We accept all major credit and debit cards, Sezzle, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, and Cash.

WHAT IS SEZZLE?

Sezzle is a buy, now pay later option that can be selected at checkout. No interest, no fees. Pay for your order in 4 equal installments, over 6 weeks.

HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Earn points by signing up, referring friends, and with each purchase. Points can be used for discounts against future purchases. The more you shop the more you earn!
